Welcome to the Thines lab

We are a diverse and inclusive research team with people from many cutlural backgrounds. In my lab we are investigating the evolution, ecology, genetics, and biodiversity of plant pathogenic oomycetes as well as fungi  and their hosts. For this we apply a wide range of methods, including high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics, molecular biology, field work, and ecological modelling.
